Within Germany Shipping costs are 4,99 Euro. Orders over   75 Euro  are  free of charge. Shipping outside Germany
  • EU: UPS Standard, DHL, Hermes - 7,99 EUR. Orders over 100 EUR are free of charge.
  • outside the EU: UPS Express

Please note: Shipping costs for UPS are calculated based on quantity, weight, and delivery location during checkout and are visible in the shopping cart.  
How long does shipping take?

Your order is usually shipped on the day of payment receipt, and a shipping confirmation will be sent via email once the articles have been handed over to our shipping partner.

  • International: currently 2-5 working days

If we are unable to deliver your ordered goods due to circumstances beyond our control or if our supplier fails to fulfill their contractual obligations, we expressly reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase contract

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once they have been placed. This means we cannot exchange items, add discount codes, change sizes, or correct addresses after submission. If you find changes are necessary, you may return the package to us upon receipt. We will promptly issue a refund once the returned items are received. If you wish to receive a different item or correct information, you are welcome to place a new order with the correct details, subject to availability. Regrettably, cancellations after submission are not possible due to system limitations.
How do I return a article?

You can return all items purchased in the BUFFALO online shop within 14 days of receiving the goods.To process your return as quickly as possible, please note the following points:

  • Please return the goods in their original packaging.
  • Use the enclosed return label and return slip for free returns and quick processing (Germany and Austria)
  • If no return label is included, contact our customer service via contact form.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and without any signs of use.
  • To assign your package to the corresponding order, please include a copy of the invoice.
  • Keep the package receipt until the process is fully completed.
These conditions also apply to reduced items.
Can I exchange an article for a different size?

Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate direct exchanges. We will refund you once we receive the article back. If you wish to receive the desired article, you are welcome to place a new order, provided it is available on our online store.

How do I identify original BUFFALO products? – Choose the real ones

Unfortunately, we have recently observed an increase in fraudulent online shops offering BUFFALO products. These scams take orders and payments, but the customer never receives the goods. The operators of such shops can usually neither be identified nor prosecuted. As a result, the loss unfortunately remains with the customer. To avoid fraud and ensure the authenticity of BUFFALO products, especially the Classics, please note the following:
  • BUFFALO items are sold exclusively by BUFFALO and authorized retail partners.
  • Be cautious of onlineshops with dubious URLs and reduced prices for BUFFALO Classics (usually excluded from discount promotions).
  • Always check the imprint and the terms and conditions of the shop. F If an imprint is missing or the information in the terms and conditions is inconsistent, do not make a purchase.

What is the minimum/maximum order value?

Maximum order value:
The maximum order value when paying with Klarna is determined individually through a credit check conducted by Klarna. If your payment fails, please try again with a lower amount. For all other payment methods, the maximum purchase limit is 999.00 EUR.
Minimum order value:
Due to Brexit regulations, we have implemented a minimum order threshold of €170 (excluding shipping costs). Detailed information on this threshold can be found on the British government's website. here. Please note that all orders on our online shop are tax-free at checkout, meaning no taxes, duties, or import fees will be applied. Any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. There is no minimum order value for all other countries in the BUFFALO online shop.

Are there shipping restrictions due to BREXIT?

Due to Brexit regulations we needed to implement a subtotal minimum basket value threshold of 164,99 EUR (without shipping costs) so we can finally offer you shipping to the United Kingdom again. You can find more detailed information from the UK government regarding the mentioned threshold here. Please note that all orders will be tax free in the online shop so no taxes, duties or import fees will be calculated at the checkout. Applicable custom fees will be paid from the customer. How can I track my package? How do I find the tracking number?

As soon as we hand over your package to our logistics provider, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number, including a tracking link, via email. Additionally, the tracking number is always accessible in your customer account. Guest Order: If you placed your order as a guest, you can check the status of your order via the link in the order confirmation email, or by entering your order number, email address, and postal code in the login area.
What happens if I am not at home when my package is delivered?

If the DHL or Hermes courier does not find you at home, they will leave a note in your mailbox indicating the whereabouts of the shipment. Sometimes the package may be received by a neighbor. For standard delivery, only one delivery attempt will be made. If the courier does not find you personally, the package will either be left with a neighbor or stored at the nearest post office for collection, and after 7 business days, it will be returned to BUFFALO. Packstation: After a one-time registration, you can collect your order at the desired Packstation using a PIN and your customer card 24/7. DHL or Hermes will inform you via email or SMS as soon as your package is ready for collection. From that point, your package will be stored for 9 calendar days. How do I return a article?

How do I return an article with Klarna?

The Essentials of Returns with Klarna:
  • Processing Time for Returns: Returns can take up to 14 business days to arrive at the warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent once the return has been received.
  • Payment Period for Klarna Invoices: Klarna sends the invoice by email once the order has been shipped. The payment period is 14 days from receipt of the invoice. The statutory right of withdrawal and BUFFALO’s return policies remain unaffected.
  • Registering the Return with Klarna: If the end of the payment period is approaching and items have been returned, it is recommended to register the return in the Klarna portal. The Klarna customer service is available for any questions. Please note that BUFFALO customer service cannot extend the payment period.
  • Keep the Shipping Receipt: It is recommended to obtain and securely keep a shipping receipt.
Why was my refunded amount less after using a discount code?

If you used a discount code, this discount will be taken into account when refunding your returned items Here is an example to clarify: Suppose you buy one item for €20 and another for €80, making a total purchase value of €100. You used a discount code that gives you €15 off a purchase of at least €75. JNow you return the item worth €20. The discount is applied proportionally to both items. This means you get a €3 discount on the €20 item and a €12 discount on the €80 item—totaling €15 off your entire order. The refund you receive will only be for the price of the returned item minus the discount amount. In this case, the refund will be only €17 (€20 - €3 discount). How do I claim a damaged article?

Terms and conditions for purchasing on account with Klarna

To use Klarna as a payment method, you must be at least 18 years old and your billing address must match your registered address. The maximum allowed purchase amount is individually determined by Klarna's credit check. If your purchase fails, you may try again with a lower amount.
