BUFFALO CONTEST (LOVE TOGETHERNESS) Terms of participation
1. ORGANISER
The organiser of this contest is BUFFALO Boots GmbH, Schanzenstraße 41, 51063 Cologne, Germany, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser" or as "BUFFALO".
2. PARTICIPATION IN THE ONLINE CONTEST
The " LOVE TOGETHERNESS " contest will take place from 12/12/2022 to 31/12/2022, 11:55 pm. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of products and services. By participating in the contest, the participant agrees to the following terms of participation.
2.1 PARTICIPATION ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to all individuals who are at least 16 years old and reside in one of the BUFFALO countries (hereinafter "Participants"). Each Participant is only allowed to participate once. The Participant bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of the contact details provided. In case of a violation of the terms of participation, BUFFALO reserves the right to disqualify the individuals in question from the contest. If necessary, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn in these cases.
2.2 PARTICIPATION
To participate in the contest, the Participant must answer the questions at www.buffalo-boots.com/contest-show, enter their e-mail address and confirm the participation via e-mail using the double opt-in process.
2.3 DEADLINE FOR PARTICIPATION
The deadline for participation is 31/12/2022, 11:55 pm.
3. DETERMINATION OF WINNERS AND PRIZES
3.1 PRIZES
You can win one of 5 100€ vouchers for the BUFFALO Onlineshop. The minimum order value is 110€. The prize cannot be redeemed in cash and is excluded from exchange. The prize is not transferable to third parties.
3.2 DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
Among all participants who have successfully completed the game during the promotional period, 5 winners will be chosen randomly. The winners will be contacted via e-mail on 06/01/2023. The winners of non-cash prizes are required to respond to the prize notification within 48 hours of the announcement and provide their address details (first name, last name, street, zip code, city) so that the prizes can be sent. Should they fail to do so, the entitlement to the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be determined among the participants.
4. CANCELLATION
BUFFALO reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time without prior notice on important grounds. Cancellation on important grounds can occur, particularly if the contest's proper execution can no longer be guaranteed for technical reasons or legal reasons. Liability towards participants is excluded in this respect. In the event that such a termination was caused by the intentional action of a participant, BUFFALO may demand compensation from the said person for the resulting damage.
5. LIABILITY
BUFFALO makes constant efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Despite the utmost care, no guarantee is given for the accuracy and completeness of the contents of the web pages listed here and/or these terms of participation.
6. GENERAL RULES
In the event that individual provisions of these terms of participation are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms of participation. The legal process is excluded. Payment in cash, a change or exchange of the prize is not possible. Entitlements to prizes are not transferable.
These terms of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and BUFFALO shall be exclusively subject to the Federal Republic of Germany laws.
